Cassandra is the Principal Practitioner of Jacobs Family Law. Cassandra graduated with degrees in Law and Commerce (majoring in Accounting) in 2002. That foundation together with her specialisation over the last 18 years practicing in family law, means that Cassandra interprets the law as it applies to each individual and explains that interpretation in succinct and practical terms.
Cassandra provides practical advice and efficient service to have an agreement filed with the Court. She advises and successfully represents the interests of those who are involved in negotiations; mediation and the court process.
Cassandra is a recognised member on the panel of lawyers selected to act for children in Family Court of Australia proceedings and in Child Protection proceedings.
Cassandra’s interests in children and their development, coupled with a deep interest in social justice issues, continue to motivate her to make a positive contribution to the lives of those that she represents; the lives of their children and the children she directly represent.
